title Atemis was created on October 18, 1998 by Benoit BARRIER with the idea of digitizing business management. Benoit was born into a family of industrial entrepreneurs and executives from the Ministry of Finance. As a child, he was passionate about mathematics, computer science and management. He discovers the first computers and programming. In 1981, he met an IBM engineer who was developing management software for his father's company. No more paper, matter turns into light. The passion was born.

He began programming, remains passionate about digitization and internationalization. When his father asks him the question, he answers at 15 that his project is to create a management software company with several international offices. After working for several international groups, his dream came true.

Since its beginnings in 1998, Atemis has been digitizing the business processes of its SME customers and subsidiaries of large groups. The first were banks, insurance companies, distribution groups, pharmaceutical laboratories. The pleasure of the AtemisCloud teams is to understand how an organization, a SME works, what the business processes are, how to digitize, automate and accelerate them. Creating a technological advantage for customers is AtemisCloud's raison d'être.
Enabling them to gain in quality, productivity and ease remains the primary motivation. In addition, no investment is necessary since a smartly designed solution can be self-financed on its own added value.
   What does AtemisCloud do?

 As the functionalities requested by the customers were complementary, the objective has always been to intelligently define the architecture of the solution, to factorize the code to meet the needs of several sectors of activity with the same application. All the intelligence is then stored in the database. Hosted applications are multi-instance while databases are multi-tenant.

The first web solutions developed in 1998 concerned CRM and project management. From the creation of the suspect to the invoicing of the hours spent, everything had to be found in the same solution. Digital Marketing modules then followed in 2000 to send personalized newsletters and win new customers. The collaboration, customer extranets and finance modules naturally followed in 2002. The solution became pure SaaS in 2003. The HR modules were added following major needs in 2004 and then made it possible to have a horizontal view employees: from their application, working hours, vacations to training, everything was on the same basis.  Atemis has since developed 7 major branches: CRM | Marketing| Administration | Projects| Finance| HR | Platform which now include more than 520 different apps.
